Nicole Brochu, Board Member (2008-2017)

Nicole works as Manager of Writing & Content Creation for Cancer Treatment Centers of America at its Boca Raton headquarters. She is a former journalist who spent 20 years as a senior writer, health reporter, columnist and editorial writer at the Sun Sentinel. A South Florida native, she has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Tufts University. She has won state and national awards during her nearly three-decade career writing for newspapers and magazines. In her spare time, she boats and fishes with her husband and two girls and has served as a guardian ad litem in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court system and as a Girl Scout troop leader.
